Relying on its core catalytic technology advantage, Haixin has developed hydrocarbon-based biodiesel production technology and biomass direct liquefaction technology for the recycling of waste biomasses with its independently developed suspended bed platform technology and improved fixed bed process. Additionally, drawing upon its catalyst development experience and technology accumulation over the years, it has also developed the technology of bio-aviation fuel from Hydroprocessed Easter and Fatty Acids (HEFA).

Applying its suspended bed platform technology and an improved fixed bed process and using waste animal and vegetable fats and supporting catalysts as main inputs, Haixin produces various biomass-based products, including bio-naphtha, biodiesel and bio-aviation fuel through a series of chemical reactions such as hydrodeoxygenation, decarboxylation, decarbonylation and isomerization. With multiple advantages, such as the abundant supply of inputs, uniform reaction temperatures, lower energy consumptions, higher yield coefficients of high/low-cloud-point hydrocarbon-based biomass diesels and higher product quality, Haixin has been the largest hydrocarbon-based biodiesel supplier on the domestic market.
bio-aviation fuel (HEFA) production technology
Haixin has developed the packaged technology of turning high-cloud-point hydrocarbon-based biomass diesels into low-cloud-point hydrocarbon-based biomass diesels and HEFAs through the hydrocarbon-based biodiesel isomerization process and has built the production capacity of specialized catalysts. Its HEFA constituents meet relevant national and international standards, and Haixin has built the capacity for commercialized production of HEFAs.
