The MCT suspended bed hydrogenation technology is an advanced platform technique for processing inferior and heavy inputs through high-temperature and high-pressure hydrophilic reactions. With higher yield coefficients of light oil and significantly higher quality of products, Haixin's technique is the leader across the world and a major breakthrough at home, raising the yield coefficient of light oil by 20-30% over conventional processes, including delayed coking.

Applying its MCT suspended bed hydrogenation platform technology, Haixin has independently developed the technology of biomass direct liquefaction. In this process, pulverized solid waste biomasses are first transformed into slurry and then into products, such as bio-naphtha, biodiesel, bioaviation fuel and bioasphalt, following MCT suspended bed hydrogenation and post-processing.
