Cobalt-based Fischer-Tropsch synthesis technology and iron-based α-olefin technology

Cobalt-based Fischer-Tropsch synthesis technology utilizes syngas generated during coal, natural gas or biomass conversion as the input to produce high-quality solvent oil and synthetic waxes through Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction.

Drawing on the cobalt-based fixed bed Fischer-Tropsch synthesis technology jointly developed with its partners and its independently developed key technologies such as carbonization and gasification, Haixin has developed the distributed, flexible and adaptable packaged technology of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. The synthetic waxes produced with this technology have various special properties, including higher melting points, higher hardness and narrower fractions, thus have higher marketability.

Haixin has jointly developed with its partners the iron-based Fischer-Tropsch synthesis technology for producing α-olefin holds independent intellectual property rights. The patented technology has a technology advantage over the slurry bed process and more promising application prospects in the fine chemicals sector as molten iron catalysts produced have more stable performance, lower costs and more favorable tech-economic features.
